Nuts And Oats Super-Protein Smoothie

1 tablespoon flaxseeds, ground
1 tablespoon almonds, crushed
1 tablespoon rolled oats
1 1/3 cup whole milk, or vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons whey protein powder
1 cup any type frozen fruit
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until desired consistency is reached.
