Video - The Real Truth About Eggs

This week instead of an additional recipe, I thought it was important to continue debunking the health myths surrounding eggs - eggs could almost be called a superfood, they are so filled with nutrients and beneficial vitamins - and at less than 100 calories, they make a great snack or breakfast, and can help reduce hunger and snacking on unhealthy foods.
